The location is fantastic, right by ferry stops and Villa Carlotta. However, steep stairs made access difficult with luggage.

The stunning views from our balcony were beyond breathtaking and made our mornings extra special.
Access to the room required navigating a steep incline and multiple flights of stairs, which was quite challenging with heavy luggage.

the views were stunning, but everything else felt like a colossal mistake. check-in was an absolute disaster when we were given keys to a room that was already occupied! then, a day without hot water! honestly, I almost wrote a glowing review until I realized the hotel didn’t offer me any upgrade or complimentary goodies for the trouble, how rude!

easy access to parks and charming landmarks make this a great stay
the room looked even better than the pictures, and with stunning views, I enjoyed morning walks to nearby attractions like the beautiful Anglican Church of the Ascension, just a little over a kilometer away, and relaxed afternoons at various parks around the area, making my visit incredibly memorable.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. the trek to reach our room involved a steep 45-degree incline and multiple flights of stairs, which was exhausting, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, our room was not cleaned during our stay, making it feel more like a rental apartment than a hotel. Lastly, we faced problems with the internet connecting and discovered that the bar and restaurant were closed without prior notice.

The location was fantastic! Casa Aquadulza is nestled perfectly between the Tremezzo and Villa Carlota ferry stops, making it easy to explore the beautiful area. The family room with a lake view was spacious and clean, and the stunning views from the room were the cherry on top. Also, the nearby café at Villa Carlota was a delightful bonus for morning snacks.
Access with bags was challenging.
